How we use your details.
Who we are
DunDrake is operated by JP Hamilton, who is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at jp@dundrake.com.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, work email, company, the market you are considering and your questions, through the forms on this site or by email.
- When we contact you: your name, role, company and business contact details, taken from professional sources such as LinkedIn, company websites or an introduction from someone who knows you.
- When we work together: the information needed for your engagement, handled under the confidentiality terms in your letter of engagement and NDA.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to discuss whether we can help, and to deliver work you have engaged us for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and developing our business, or the contract we hold with you. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides our email, calendar and document storage.
These providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details for up to two years after our last contact, unless we begin working together. Client engagement records are kept for as long as our professional obligations require.
